Welcome to Fairkytes, located in Hornchurch. Our busy community cares for a number of service users with learning disabilities. The home features five bedrooms three of which have en-suite facilities.
We work with several local agencies as part of our service users’ care plans and take full advantage of the many amenities that Hornchurch and surrounds have to offer. Many of our residents access the local education services which has tailored educational courses and environments for our residents
Above all else, our drive is to promote independence. We encourage everyone to to participate in life-skills, with our team of staff on hand to help achieve their full potential. All service-users are encouraged to voice their opinions and ideas on the day to day running of the home. Engaging and empowering residents to help shape our services are essential to the ongoing success of our outcomes.
