Welcome to Greenfields, our residential home for people with learning disabilities, located in Coddington, Newark. Greenfields is a wonderful community where individuals can flourish, supported by a dedicated team of staff.
We take full advantage of the local amenities and play an active role within the immediate community. Our service users are encouraged to see Greenfields as a home base from which participation in external activities such as the local day care centre, walking and dance clubs can take place. We love to explore wider afield and have a busy programme of excursions to which we welcome all residents to play an active role in planning.
We enjoy close relationships with local support agencies and work alongside health and social care professionals as part of each service user’s care plan. We are committed to empowering each and every person who chooses Greenfields to help shape the way we deliver our services. We seek their thoughts, suggestions and ideas to input how their care plans are developed. Feedback on every aspect of what we do is vital. This engagement also extends to friends and family, who we welcome to Greenfields to take part in many of our social activities.
